Galleri NB opens the exhibition When the Roots Let Go by Kristian Vodder Svensson on 21 March. The exhibition continues his characteristic visual universe while introducing new works in which hybrids of human figures and natural elements appear within the same motif, creating a more complex and challenging painterly expression.
In recent years, Kristian Vodder Svensson has gained significant attention, not least for the large-scale decoration of the east-facing gable of the Peak 12 hotel in Viborg in 2025.
His work is defined by figurative forms, intense colours, and a narrative depth that both grounds and challenges the viewer.
